Dirty tricks
Un-fucking-believable!
Talk about playing dirty tricks to dupe the unsuspecting.
Apparently, a link to my blog still works. The link gets redirected to my blog's homepage, but get this. NO POSTS. At last count, I had about 2500 posts, give or take. Da fuq happened to 12+ years worth of posts??!!
Do they think such deception will work? It only takes an email from one of the 1000s of followers we have to see is we're back or not. Like I've said before, we've cultivated friendships and built a community through the blogs. Our community isn't limited to the confines of the site.
Are they not wasting time, energy, and resources on such deception? Wouldn't time and energy be better spent by actually communicating with us to see what can be done to get us reinstated? Or does that make too much sense?
It wouldn't come as a surprise if the site is getting backlash for banning us. So, their solution to dealing with the backlash is deception.
I know for a fact they are getting a ton of backlash my friend and yes they keep forgetting that we all have hundreds or thousands we have formed off-line friendships with over the years writing in also on our behalf. The butterfly effect has been unreal. As we all know it makes too much sense to them just to simply reinstate us and also respond to our messages to them and the CEO since it happened..Still pissed along with you all and shaking my head here..
ReplyDeleteI had over 3,900 posts and this is where I am thanking God, I copied and pasted most of them and emailed myself so I still have them for backup..
ReplyDeleteI only managed to copy about 2/3 of the old posts.
ReplyDeleteAt least you have those, which is a good thing.
DeleteMine, yours, and spunky's community profiles are all still available when I go to them while being signed out. Weirdly, Joy's isn't. When I try to go to Joy's blog, it takes me to a sign in page.
ReplyDeleteThat is really, really weird.
DeleteI have my suspicions that this is an error of programming.
ReplyDeleteI wouldn't put it past them that it's deliberate
DeleteI wouldn't put it past them either but Deb. mentioned something about me having it set to private when I sign out which I might have. I do not know.
DeleteThere may be a backlash on AFF but I suspect many are just keeping their heads down after last week's purge.
ReplyDeleteTrue, yet I know I myself have quite a lot of men anyways messaging the site behind the scenes so to speak. Some are fellow bloggers and others are not..
DeleteI've had many AFF bloggers sending me supportive emails.
DeleteWe all do which is very humbling to know we have others behind us..Just feeling the Love and makes both blogging and connecting all the years we have on that site with others, no matter the outcomes, so worthwhile..
DeleteIt is heartening to have support.
DeleteWhen I wrote "keeping their heads down", I meant on AFF blog posts because they don't want to get purged and/or they're losing interest in AFF.
I bet the pornsters, hookuppers, hookers, bots and scammers are still going strong on AFF!
You would win that bet my friend..Yep they are..
DeleteI just got an email from my gardening friend from AFF who has been dealing with family stuff and just heard of our blogs' demise. She sends everyone her support.
DeleteWhen I was back for the few days before my new accounts got taken down, the blog feed was pretty much nothing but dick/pussy pics, hmu, cam girls, and the likes. Hardly any real content.
ReplyDeleteDo you want a backdoor way into AFF's Community side, including blogland, to see what's happening now? You may already have it.
